are you gonna do a TS1?.....tim has one and might be able to give you some tips on set up or something...jetting might be a different story though....
basically I'm running a pretty simple set up......stage 4 cylinder, Asso 200cc piston, 30mm dellorto, ScootRS pipe, SX/TV gears, gp race crank + 12 volt kit, stiffer clutch springs....that's about it.....
pretty solid though......

I have been driving Dennis and others nuts with Ideas. What I know for sure is 30mm dellorto, ScootRS pipe, 12 volt kit, gp crank, I do have a n.o.s Suzuki 185 piston and rings, and that is what will dictate the direction the rest of the project heads. I'm starting the project with an Li150 S3 special lump, so I'm happy with the gearing...
Solid is what I'm after, but after riding a bone stock Li150S3 for a number of years, it's time for some zippppppppppppp......
Any information that you guys share is greatly appreciated...
Ciao A

TOTALLY go for that 185 piston...sounds awesome......maybe go with a 28mm or 25mm carb.....might give you a little more low end grunt......
sounds pretty hot though!!!
