I think who ever you are you are nuts....Vespa Kelowna was the only place that fixed my bike....five other services at another location and nothing was accomplished, in fact they made it worse....one quick visit to Vespa Kelowna and poof the thing runs better than the first day I bought it....so be careful where you go....and I got a free demo while I waited...bonus

All I can say is Vespa Kelowna rocks!!! They have been so helpful with my recent scooter purchase. Ron at Vespa Kelowna was open and honest about the type of scooter I was looking at and what type of scooter I should actually purchase to meet my needs, concerns and budget. (Which was greatly appreciated as I'm new to the whole scooter scene. ) Now that they scooter is purchased and soon to be delivered, Vespa Kelowna has gone over the entire bike to make sure everything is in working condition before they deliever it to Calgary. It was very refreshing to actually talke to a sales person who cared about the rider and thier needs and not about the amount of money they would make on selling a bike that in the end would have made for an unhappy customer. They have definitly gone over and above what was expected. I couldn't have asked for better service and sales.

As far as I am concerned Ron at Vespa Kelowna is the best he takes the time to answer my questions and help out even if he is busy and let me tell you I call him a lot. In my opinion if you want service in Kelowna that's the place to go.
just my $0.02
Bruce.

If you were unhappy at Vespa Kelowna, I would say there is a side missing to this complaint.
We have always been treated great by Ron. We dont live in the Okanagan and could have bought a Vespa here in Vancouver, but instead we bought from Ron because of the good service he has given us in the past.....and as you can see.....given others. Ron took the ultimate care in delivering our scoot to our home in Van.....not sure how many others would do the same. Ron goes out of his way for people and that wont change.
Maybe you should consider how you ask for help before doing so because Ron has helped many of us, and I for one dont like to see unwarranted negative press. I also get the feeling 'your last visit' this was your ONLY visit to Vespa Kelowna.....

The OK Valley was a wasteland for Vespa service in the ten years before Vespa Kelowna opened. In that time I had home-based mechanics and big bike shops wrench on my Vespa and I swear those knuckleheads confuse spanner with hammer nine times outta ten.
Also, there's something to be said about a shop that wants your bike back on the road as bad as you do. VK is the only way.

Some interesting responses to my query - none of which pertained to my question regarding any other (other than Vespa Kelowna) Vespa service options in the Okanagan. I did not wish to make any complaints about my Vespa Kelowna experience - I only wished to explain why I was looking for other options. So I'm nuts? Oh well, there are weirdos everywhere. I have deleted my post and will not ask any more stupid questions.

I do not know of another Vespa service in the Okanagan. You can try a motorcycle shop, but they certainly won't have the same familiararity with Vespa.
