I can understand a large group of pps not wanting to cross the boarder but I hope to do this ride no matter what this summer!!! Been wanting to far to long.

Hi Bonnie,
I'll keep a list of all the rides suggested for the spring opener. I actually agree with some of you who don't want to cross the border for the spring opener. However, I still believe it is a great idea for a ride in summer!
So you definitely see all of these ride ideas popping up again for Sunday rides some time this year....or maybe for a full day Saturday ride....whatever works best.
Cheers.

hi roy
Do Vespa club members purchase extended medical coverage from BCAA when they ride down south? A friend said it's about 130.00 (Can.) for a years USA medical coverage. Does anyone know if you can get extended U.S. coverage for one day through the medical plan? Chuckanut is really nice....have camped down there....also, a lot of riders like going to Mount Baker on secondary roads....an easy one day ride.
best regards, greg

Coverage thru BCAA for a weekend runs about $18. That covers you for about 4 days I believe. Money well spent.

By the way for $38 BCAA gives you (by which I meant me) trip coverage for short trips for the entire year. There is a calculator on the website for BCAA ( oddly enough at http://www.bcaa.com). It asked for age and gender and length of trip. Results may vary. If you are going state side more then two times, it makes sense. That may be the deal of the century. I'll look into it a little deeper.

That must be new for this year. It actually quoted me $34. Cant miss at that price.
Thanks for the heads up, though I would hope the agent would have mentioned that option when I went to but weekend coverage.
