I watched them both. The introduction/maintenance video is definitely geared to people who can not or will not read a manual. Pretty basic stuff. it answers quite a few basic questions.
The engine rebuild is awesome, because it teaches about the proper use of a Lambretta clutch compressor tool (as a Vespa engine stand), and how to use a Sun dance grip to remove and install bearings. He does make things look a tad too easy. He can break the bead on a tire with his "sausage" like fingers. But his solutions are geared toward the backyard mechanic and not for people with a shop full of special tools. His crank puller is great, as is his technique for placing the bearing collar on the crank. He breaks the stages of tear down and rebuild into digestible portions. By no means an advanced clinic on tuning, this is an understandable basic instructional video. I recommend the rebuild video for anyone thinking about it.
