A friend of mine and I have been selling LEDs through local car clubs in the GTA for a number of years now. My wife is going to be getting a Vespa, I think, and she said to make sure I switch everything to LEDs, get an HID for the Headlight and get some Underglow lights for her.
If anyone would be interested, please have a look through our site, I don;r know the bulb codes for the Vespa right now, but if enough people are interested, and Im allowed to, (not sure of the forum rules,) we could run a group buy?
