· Change rear end oil
· Changing or cleaning the air filter
· On the road tire repair
· Belt and roller replacement and what to look for
Workshop for vintage Vespa
· Shift box & cable replacement, discussion and demonstration
· Complete engine rebuild on a VBB 150 engine, what to watch out for.
· Vintage electrical discussion
Performance modifications
General discussion of performance mods on both new and old Vespa scooters
Workshop instructors will be:
Victor Voris
· Victor is the owner of Vespa Seattle as well as Big People Scooters. Victor has over 20 years experience with Vintage scooters including over 100 vintage scooter rebuilds. He also has extensive experience with modern Vespas including visits to the factory in Pontedera for factory training on both modern and vintage Vespas
Jeff Reese
· Jeff has worked for Big People Scooters for over 12 years and is one of only 2 mechanics working in the US that has been factory trained in Italy. He has been riding Vespa and Lambretta scooters for over 24 years and has driven his rally 200 to Colorado for Amerivespa
Mystery Guest
· Could we be in store for a Vespa factory tech?
KYMCO is also sending a factory technician to perform workshops on KYMCO scooters similar to Amerivespa Denver.
We also hope to have a Lambretta technician and workshops.
See you in Seattle!
