Hi folks, I'm looking for a smallframe main jet....Anywhere in the realm of 59-66. or something.... It looks like this one, but quite a bit smaller, and without the 1977mopeds label of course. I'm in Vancouver, and I can come pick it up if you're close. Thanks, Christian

Go to KMS tools and get an indexed drill bit set. Ask the guys sitting behind the elevated counter as you walk in they have them there. It will cost you the same as 2 jets and you will have all the sizes you need form pretty much nil to 100. The numbers do not correspond to the jet sizes just use a standard jet that you want to make bigger as a guide and pick the next bit or two up. If you go too big put a dab of solder in it and start again.

You rule Dennis. Thanks...
Dayn...how the hell do you not break such small drill bits? Do you put them on a drill press, or do you use a hand drill and a vice?
Thanks,
Christian

i used to use really small drill bits when i was into model airplanes, and i used to just roll them like a bogey between your fingers then you can feel, takes a bit longer but it works better than you think. oh and ive never picked my nose or rolled a bogey, i just heard through the grapevine thats what you folks do with em... Rocket is on the right track. I hold the jet in my hand and used a hand drill at really slow speed. If you get to rigid then there is a good chance you will break the bit. Loosen up man.
