We are looking for a volunteer to be elections officer to run, manage and tally this years elections.
The elections officer will be given a current and complete list of the VCoC membership to monitor legitimacy and eligibility of nominations, candidates and voters.
The elections officer will have complete discretion to establish the election rules, set the election date, etc.
The traditional positions are President, Vice President, Treasurer, Regalia Officer, etc. I would suggest at barebones someone is required to run the webpage and finances. The Elections Officer will decide the positions for nomination.
Your help and support is appreciated.

Thanx Noel.
Election rules are as per Noel. You might like to offer him help/input.
The turn-over date is Jan 1rst, 2008. Noel had dates in mind in early-mid December for accepting nominations, closing nominations, accepting votes, closing voting, and announcing the results. I'll let him announce where they can be sent and when.

I have heard that Telus Tim is interested in taking on the National club for one last year. Something about a dream team he has in mind.
Not sure of the details, but he has my vote!

Hey y'all, thanks for the info thus far, we hope to have this all cleared away by the weekend. For those of you claiming bikes; registration please unless you have a bill of sale stating the same or a good description of the bike, this is Ron's request. We hope to have a disclaimer if you are claiming items without any proof as any dealings you have had with Chris are not necessarily binding with Ron, each case will be considered. Too much to tell about the dealings that went down and I am sure some of you know about them and have participated in them....I am sure most of you know Ron and can appreciate that he is not a vindictive person nor a cheat, please deal honestly with him. His business has been ransacked by less than honest people and let's pull together as a community to support him in this time...I would love to meet up with each of you as the opportunity presents itself...peace, David

Have Telus Tim's dream team get in touch. It's encouraging to see some interest rise out of this hiatus.
